The health and safety of all who participate at our event is our number one priority. In order to respond effectively to the situation we are experiencing, we are providing you the basic measures that we will have and the good practices that you should implement during your participation:

1. EARLY WARNING SYMPTOMS

If you or someone from your staff has any viral symptoms such as cough, fever or sore throat, stay home and contact the doctor.

Our Logistics Suppliers must train their staff on the risks and protection measures of COVID-19 before the event. In addition, all our Logistics Suppliers must sign the declaration of responsibility and responsiveness prior to the event.

2. FACE COVERINGS

Wearing approved face covering will be mandatory during your participation.

3. SAFETY PROTOCOLS

There will be safety protocols throughout the hotel, including temperature screening, hand sanitizing, among others. Please always follow the recommendations and instructions of the staff. Anyone with a temperature above 37.5 °C or displaying symptoms of COVID-19 will not be permitted entry to the show.

4. PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Always maintain distance between yourself and others, both on your journey and when you start conversations. We will place furniture that promotes a healthy distance between all participants.

5. HYGIENE PROTOCOLS

Follow the hygiene protocol at the show: Regularly wash your hands with soap and water use the alcohol-based hand-sanitizer dispensers and cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze, and properly dispose of your tissues.

6. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

The organizing committee will do constant cleaning before and during the show: Each day prior to the start of the event all meeting rooms, including the hotel lobby will be disinfected. In addition, all rooms will be cleaned and disinfected before being occupying.

7. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

All giveaways, advertising or promotional items must be individually packaged and have gone through a disinfection process before being distributed.

8. BUSINESS CARDS EXCHANGE

We are working to offer you digital contact tools such as QR and we invite you to join this initiative. Use digital business cards to share your data, such as the LinkedIn QR code, for networking during the event.
